After School Backpack Program

Did you know that last school year CMJC’s After School Backpack Program provided food every week on Friday to nearly 700 children attending 27 different schools throughout Jackson County? In addition, we provide snacks and food items to middle and high school pantries so that even older kids can get the help they need. Children are identified by the schools as being at risk of going hungry over the weekend and who would benefit from the After School Back Pack program

For only $99, one child can be fed for the weekend for the entire school year. We thank you for helping us fight hunger in our Jackson community and especially for helping our local kids.
